Deskhaven prepares orders after payment is processed. Most orders are prepared for standard shipping within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery timing depends on destination, carrier availability, and product availability. Tracking details are shared when the order ships. Free standard shipping is available on eligible desk upgrade orders over $75.

Returns

If an item is not a fit for your workspace, contact us with your order details so we can review return options. Returns are generally reviewed for unused items in original packaging.

Items damaged in transit should be reported promptly with the order number and photos of the product and packaging.
